We are a privately owned Sussex based recruitment agency with offices in both Worthing, & Brighton. We specialise in the temporary supply of Care, Support and Trained Nursing Staff.
OUR journey
Pier 2 Pier Recruitment Services was established in 2018 by Dan and Rachael. Having both gained extensive knowledge and experience within the healthcare and recruitment sector, we both believed we could use our valuable skills to create a dynamic new agency.
Our VALUES
We believe that a company’s most valuable asset is the staff themselves. Unfortunately, within the care sector, we felt that caring individuals can often be overlooked and sometimes leave care because they felt unnoticed and unrewarded. So, we decided that we wanted this to change.
OUR STAFF
As a result of opening Pier 2 Pier Recruitment Services we have been able to implement rewards that we feel enable our staff to feel valued and part of a team. We run individual incentives, team member of the month as well as other bonuses throughout the year. Without our staff we would not be Pier 2 Pier!

Rachael has a wealth of knowledge having worked in the care sector for OVER 15 years.
Rachael started working as a health care assistant, then progressed through into management roles, this eventually led onto her moving into healthcare recruitment, allowing her to have an excellent understanding of just what it takes to place the best staff.

Daniel has extensive skills and knowledge on how and why we place the best staff, this is thanks to his over 20 years in the medical and healthcare recruitment profession.
Daniel has worked for some of the leading recruitment agencies in the UK, supporting clients from care staff to doctors.
